Just came from a lovely stay at Moulin de Templiers. We were the only guests there and Aimee and her husband were very nice hosts. Make sure you have the dinner - it was a hearty three course "country" meal...delicious! Probably the best creme brulee I've tasted. Although the rooms are old and tiny (this is after all a very old mill), this place is loaded with charm. We stayed in late October, but I can imagine how beautiful & pleasant it would be in the summer. Breakfast was served in the rustic & charming old millhouse by the fireplace. Guest owner is very friendly and the property is owned by the family. It's like a U shaped 2 storey traditional building with entrance to each one and the rooms are housed in each building.
