The hotel was dirty and smelly. The room price was similar to two star hotels close by, and the whole place needed re-decoration. more

3 day stayover - 2nights accomodation, Staff friendly and service good - BUT - The first room had no heating. The bath tap was held on by toilet paper, and the heating unit [which didn't work] dripped water onto the lamp below. Neither did the toilet flush, so we used the one off the foyer. Good Hotel, really in the heart of the charming 'Old Lille'. Room was very large and quiet. The room has been cleaned but emptly bottles af water and some glasses have not been removed from the housekeeping. Wireless access was not working that day. The surrounding are full of good restaurants and pubs. more
