Facing the spectacular Auguste Perret church built in 1947 to symbolize reconstruction of Le Havre, this little hotel is charming, quiet and a lovely getaway to a decidedly untouristy city. The rooms are not luxurious, but they are comfortable, and the price is reasonable. (Also there are not many choices in Le Havre) more

Ate at Chieng Mai twice on my business trip to Le Havre. Food was excellent and the staff was incredible. Try the Tom Yam Kong and have the owner bring you the house specialty spring rolls. Pad Thai was great and was more than I could eat.... more

Stayed at the Mercure, Le Havre for 13 days during Nov 2009. A few comments... Had a suite which made the long stay more confortable. Room was clean, housekeeping put extra towels and extra body wash and shampoo (but no wash cloths). Laundry service was good. Hotel staff were helpful. The desk staff and wait staff all spoke pretty good... more
