Very nicely appointed rooms, immaculate. Less than half a block from Rouen cathedrale in lovely, large historic center. Staff multilingual, extremely professional, went out of their way to be helpful. If you get breakfast included, option to have it delivered to your room with no extra charge. At 100-odd euros a day, that was some great deal. more

I stayed here for four days in September and really felt the hotel was extremely shabby and worse, not very clean. The beds were clearly very old, they certainly smelt that were and were sagging in the middle. The carpet in both the bedroom and the bathroom (eek) were extremely old and stained, you definitely would not want to go... more
