Two blocks from river Neckar and shopping centre area. One km from castle, university, tourist area and railway station. Next to main tramcar interchange and Police Headquarters. Solid well-appointed building four story high. Maintenance good and in-house domestic service excellent. Quiet and reserved with tasteful decore. Bar, restaurant, health centre and swimming pool.
