“Decent, basic hotel”

We spent 2 nights at this hotel. It is located beside the main train station. Staff were polite and helpful although their English was limited. Rooms are small, basic and spotlessly clean. There is only a shower, no bath tub. The breakfast buffet was good. The only downside to this hotel is that the Old City where all the attractions... more

Lovely stay, although the lobby is smaller than other penta's I stayed in...has the same feel and I really like the decor. I was lucky enough to have my boyfriend with me and he enjoys the place as well, whcih was nice as well. The food is nothing wow, but it is nice and well priced...great location as well. more

“Rostock - Difficulty in finding the tram”

Landed in Warnemuende. Caught the train to Rostock and the tram from Floor -2 under the station. Did not realise the trams were underground so took us quite a few minutes to find them as people did not speak English or were unwilling to speak it. Get off at the Main Sqaure. Food and drink much cheaper than the Scandinavian... more
