Stumbled upon this restuarant which is down a side street near the Alcazar. Cannot recommend highly enough. It is inside a very old and historic building. Hugely atmospheric. Excellent service and food. more

Day trip to Toledo is highly recommended! For approx EUR15 you get a return ticket on the fast train and in 30 mins you are in Toledo. (tickets at Atocha station) Walking the streets of Toledo was a nice experience, but beware the cars with drivers who all appear to be in a rush down these super narrow stone roads.... more
