Courtesy of Iberia Airlines we missed our arrival by one entire day. Avoid Iberia, AVOID IBERIA!! Anyways, we contacted the hotel to advise of the situation so that we could change the date we would stay but they never returned our emails. Simple, basic amenities with a pleasant and helpful staff. This is a no-frills hotel that is much like a converted hostel.
