its located not in the typical tourist reastaurant area which probably makes it such a good place. the service was really friendly and helpful and the food was incredibly fresh and tasty. espcially all pizzas are done in an open oven. the prices were more than fair for what plates you got. just a great place. more

We saw this restaurant the first day and looked like a typical nice place from the area. Since it was full for the next 2 days we decided to make a reservation. Five of us stayed here in October 2009 in two rooms . The location of Il Girosole is great- just a short walk from the main town, the port and handy for an excellent restuarant about 50 yards away.
