Best Western Hotel Carlo Felice

Booked through the Best Western Priority Club scheme - known standard and OK prices. Plenty of easy parking, clean room, good sized room, staff helpful, restaurant was closed though! Good continental breakfast with plenty of choice and pleasant dining room. Downside though - external droning noise - probably air conditioning plant that kept us awake. May not be a problem... more

We stayed in Sassari for a few days in early October on a short birthday break to Sardinia. We found restaurant hunting in Sassari troublesome - our hotel was out of town, and it's restaurant was closed. Tripadvisor to the rescue. On a backstreet, very unpretentious. When we arrived at 8pm it looked empty. We wondered whether to go in.... more
