I have been returning to La Stalla since 1984--one must know that there is a world of difference between the experiences of the summer and winter. If you are looking for a wonderful experience, a life time memory and a delicious meal, cooking with Letizia is for you. Our “class” started at a local market where we learned (and tasted) olive oil, balsamic vinegar, cheeses and prosciutto. A great start!
