I agree with the other reviewer who complemented the Dutch receptionist, she deserves a raise! She has good english (other staff are so so) and couldn't be more helpful. Good modern business type hotel with comfortable small rooms in a quiet residential area and close to the city center. Biel itself is a small city with nice walks to the Bieler lake and around the well preserved mediaeval district, well worth a detour and an overnight stay. more
