“Worst service in the world”

Even for Dutch standards, this hotel's service was absolutely appalling. My family and I booked a 2-day arrangement over Christmas, which included one overnight stay, entrance to the wellness area, a 5-course dinner and a breakfast buffet. As per other reviews, this place has seen better days. It's an 1960's decor but has no stairs! The bathroom might not be wheelchair excesible but the rooms are young family stroller excessible. If you can deal with trucks close by as the hotel is in the central reservation between the main road going in and out of Nijmegenand the drone this is the hotel for you. more
