My second favourite Art gallery in the Hague (after Mauritshuis). I saw an interesting special exhibition of Picasso, Cézanne and Piet Mondrian, the latter having been Dutch. The rest of the museum is about modern, including abstract, art. There are exhibits featuring sonology (the use of sound in art) and numerous modern works showing tremedous originality. Well worth a visit. more

This is a great museum and a "must do" when visiting the Hague in order to see numerous Dutch masters. Just make sure you give yourself enough time to go round, as there is a free audioguide included in the entry price and it explains lots of paintings, and can take a lot of time if you listen to everything.... more

This is a good hotel, within a short walking distance of the main city centre, right next to tram 17 which goes to Centraal Station, and at a budget price.
