Stayed here one night on business and would not go back if I can help it. Checked in with a colleague, both with identical bookings made by an agency - one included breakfast, the other didn't (20 Euros, please). The Crown Plaza in Brussels is an excellant base from which to explore Brussels. The train from the Airport is only about 20 mins and the hotel is minutes away from Brussels North train station. The metro is at the back door together with the bus stop for the 'hop on hop off' tourist bus, the ordinary bus stops there... more
The hotel was in a great location 2 mins from the central station and Grande Place. Hotel staff very friendly and spoke excellent english. Room was clean and was serviced every day eventhough we slept in till late one day. The tv had about 7 chaneels in english including bbc1 and bbc2. Our room no was 424 which faced the... more
