Reception staff friendly and helpful and a reasonable command of the English language. Compact well designed bedroom with a small bathroom and a smelly bidet drain. we booked on line with callcenter.pt; they are the official site of this and two other hotels. I travel frequently and book many places and at times need to cancel.
