We spent a night at Castelo Obidos and it was pleasant but a little bizarre as the main access gate was closed as they were setting up the vast Christmas pageant. A nice Hotel located a few meter from beach, within a walking distance from local golf course. We stayed at a ocean front room and it was well worth it as besides being a bid room it had a view to a kill. You can ear the ocean noise. That's all the noise you will ear. The bed was incredible... more
