The maid service was the best we have ever experienced with our rooms usually being cleaned while we were at breakfast. The hotel is clean, friendly and an ideal base with Strawberry World tours and local buses departing from a two minute stroll away. The only thing I would not recommend are the restaurant meals. From the second we arrived there was nothing that was too much trouble for the incredible staff at this lovely hotel. Good location near to the centre with a steep walk from harbour but all good exercise through a pretty park.
