I stayed at this hotel when attending a conference at the university. The hotel is a bargain for the price; I paid about 60 Euro per night included a very tasty breakfast buffet. I am attending the PHD programme at the Minho University and this hotel is nearby. We got a great price for a double room (40 euros fr a double!) and the room was clean and confortable. It doesn't have many channels, breakfast doesn't have eggs and bacon, you have to pay extra for internet, but all this didn't matter. there... more

The location is excellent but the hotel itself is getting a bit run down. The Reception area is located on the first floor, up some steep stairs.
