Waitresses in this place do not greet you, they leave you unnoticed and the general atmosphere is rather rude. I cannot say anything about the food since me and my guests decided to have dinner somewhere else after waiting and watching several waitresses pass us by in an almost completely empty restaurant. more

Oulu is incredibly beautiful, even if it is a little small. There are bikers everywhere, which suprised me at first. It is a cheap and easy way to get around, and most Finns love it.
