We came across the Goldener Adler quite by accident. Initially, we were just excited to be staying where Goethe and Mozart had stayed. I stayed in the hotel for 4 nights and had a wonderfull experience! The hotel is located in the heart of Innsbrucks old town. The rooms are not huge, but they could fit me and my husband perfectly! Free internet, great breakfest and helpfull staff! more

Perfect if your using the train as we did. Otherwise, its about twenty or twenty five minutes walk to the Golden Roof.
