Once you booked this hotel online, you've lost any right you might think have as far as making any changes to you reservation goes. No one will even remotely want to / try to help you is this regard. Extreamly poor service. But, you will get use to this in Norway. more

this hotel was not up to my expectation. i stayed there for one day only... room size for the price was in adequate. small room bog prices no staff at reception..waited a while for some one to entertain me and advise me where and which room to go...even though i was having pre booking...i arrived late , as my flight... more
