Went for a relaxing weekend with my wife - wish we hadn't! Whole team seemed miserable from management down. Saw a duty manager once through out stay (Tracey??) who looked like she didn't want to be there and bizarre uniform. Normally stay at Holiday Inn - wish I had on this visit! more
