Stayed one night. It was basic but was clean and comfortable. Paid 19GBP online and everything went smoothly. 8GBP for round trip shuttle to T5 (this was cheaper than the Black Cab would have charged, we asked). more

This hotel is not clean. The staff isn't educated. It's not conveniently located....it's actually far from Terminal 5. As well, it's £4 each way to get the bus from the terminal to the hotel and the bus cmes every 15mn. The rooms are below average. It's noisy, There isn't a bar or restaurant as such. The car park is full.... more
