We stayed here for a 3 night Xmas package and to be honest were expecting nothing special from what appeared to be a hotel set up for business travellers. However we were pleasantly surprised. It was not the favorite situation in life: I wanted to travel to Brussels but had to stay in Asford because of the trouble with the Eurostar-trains. Stayed here a couple of years ago and was quite satisfied, and on my visit last week was staying on a Priority Club 'Free Night' so guess I shouldn't be too critical!
