Stayed here for 2 nights. It is located just opposite Sungei Wang Plaza, one of the most popular malls in KL. Had arrived at 1300, and had already informed them of early checkin (their standard checkin is 1400), yet had to wait for over an hour to get the room. Checking/Checkout staff not quite professional. more

Just been for a christmas meal with family members. Starter was fine then we all opted for the carvery for main course. It was supposed to be a traditional christmas carvery but they had run out of turkey and all the trimmings. The beef and pork were very overcooked and dry. We stayed here for 2 nights at the end of November. My husband grew up in Warrington and he was very surprised to find such a nice hotel in town! We understand the hotel had recently been refurbished and we could see it was money well spent as the hotel feels more like a 4 star establishment than a 3... more
