Left Oban after a really great (but wet) week (Oct 2008) and headed inland to Balloch, Loch Lomond and quickly left as there was so little to do and poor accommodation chosen (enough said). Bill and Rita are lovely, friendly people and were very accommodating to us. Their guest house is very clean and quiet, situated away from the main road so you really get a peaceful and relaxing feeling.
