• Breakfast and other room service trays were left unattended on corridor floors throughout most of the day, only being cleared overnight. • Restaurant food of good quality but on most occasions served warm to cold. Stopped here for New Years Eve. Very clean hotel and excellently located. Whilst this is a 'value' hotel it didn't seem that way with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff on reception.
