JIm and Karen were excellent hosts. The room and en suite were clean and comfortable and the breakfasts were delicious. Hotel gorgeous. Room lovely high standard. However we booked in the Fillini Restaurant and the food atrocious, and the service incredibly bad - so bad I had to phone up the hotel reception to ask someone to service our table. We had their Christmas meal which was a piece of alleged Turkey with soggy spinach leaves AND THAT was it.... more
