Hotel De Prati, was not only a gem, but an oasis!! Antonio, and his staff, were not only accommodating, but friendly and warm. The rooms (we happened to have the suite!) were immaculate and well appointed! Art surrounded us everywhere and you could feel the creative energy! We were drawn to Hotel de Prati in part because of the information on the hotel website about Giorgio Bassani and because of the artistic heritage of the hotel. We were not disappointed. The owner/managers were charming, helpful and informative -- obtaining opera tickets, bus tickets, and even a map of our next destination (Padova) for us. There was wonderful... more
