We went to Ivrea for the Orange Festival. This was classified as 3 star, which it was not. It was in poor condition in general. The windows were not double glazed, so it was never warm enough. The heating was turned off during the day, so the room was cold. The bathroom was old, chipped and dirty. The beds sagged.... more
