We were in hotel Puccini in May this year and we had a great week. The personnel was very friendly and spoke very well English, not like a lot of other other people in Italy. Also the rooms were very clean and we had everything we needed. Montecatini is a town were you go do anything. There are spa's, disco's,... more

Very clean and comfortable and quiet, convenient to the trains and buses. Short walk to shopping area and the park and funicular up to the monutain. Montecatini makes a great base to explore Tuscany and is a great town in its own right. more

I was on an ABC tour with my mother and some family friends. I had been to Italy many times, but never on a tour. When we arrived and got our room, I was shocked to see that it the carpet was FILTHLY- I mean huge stains all over- as if there had been a big leak in the room.... more
