Stayed here overnight as part of a tour. In fact it was dark when we arrived and foggy when we left the next morning so we don`t really know what the town is like. The building is beautiful and has a wonderful location on top of the hill overlooking the town and lake. When we arrived the hotel could not find our Orbitz reservation (thankfully we had the printed confirmation). The clerk at the desk was snooty with us but finally honored the reservation.
