We stayed in the Mercure Hotel during the middle of October. It is a nice hotel and very well located. The check-in and check-out was quick and easy. We booked the Mecure for one night - our morning flight from Rodez to Dublin required that we spend a night in Rodez before dropping the rental car back at the airport.
