The hotel has a wonderful view of the Bodensee, although is quite a long way from central Konstanz. The rooms are okay, but the furnishings are rather dated. There is no internet access. On arrival I wanted a drink with a colleague. We were able to order one drink, but then the bar closed at 10pm before we were ready... more

First of all, this hotel is not called "Schoenblick", but "Bella Vista"! The information on Tripadvisor.com seems to be outdated. Positive: - At a few meters from the ferry to Meersburg - Nearby the tourist attractions Insel Mainau and Konstanz - Free parking - Free wireless internet! - Free public transport for the duration of your stay - Very friendly... more

This is a very convenient place to stay, near the ferry and the bus line. It's clean and comfortable, although a bit like a dormitory. Not high style, but for an expensive town like Konstanz, not bad. I did not eat the breakfast, so I can't comment on others' poor reviews of it. more
