We visited Meersburg at Thanksgiving (in the US) and enjoyed a wonderful meal just across the Lane from the Hotel- pls see the picture. The exterior of this hotel looks like a postcard image of a small charming German town ... I'd bet it is on one, somewhere. This hotel is all a visitor to the Lake of Constance alias Bodensee is looking for. The setting of the hotel is spectacular: In the back you have the vinyards - and right in the front the lake. It's a 5 mininute walk into the beautiful medieval city of Meersburg and just a few steps to the great thermal baths... more
