Eccentric and fairly friendly, but I didn't feel particularly safe leaving any valuables there even in their not-so-clean lockers. I stayed in the 21-bed room, which smelled funny and also had me a bit worried because none of the bedroom doors have locks on them. On this day we traveled without reservations. Found this hotel with a room. The room was average, or a bit below. Swimming pool below average. 5 course dinner deal with the room was fantastic. Breakfast was the best during our three weeks in Europe. Price was okay. more
