The location of the hotel is very nice (just behind the dunes), the public rooms are well kept and have a very nice atmosphere (only the tiny swimming pool is tucked a way in a cellar room without any natural light). I stayed there with my wife and family in law in August 2009 and I have to say, it was a lovely stay and I enjoyed the hotel and the Island too. I recommend it to anyone to stay in this hotel if going to Sylt. more
