My son stayed here as part of a school trip. His comments "Whilst the location and bedrooms were OK the quality of the food was awful and the attitude of the catering staff was appalling. eg food - food a toothpick in my bread, hairs in the soup, bread stale hygiene - tablecloths not cleaned service - gave up on... more

When I first started traveling to Leysin, I recall this hotel was a Holiday Inn. People would smile and say " You know where Leysin is?!" Well after many years, I always return to this hotel for some of the best Mountain and Valley views in this region. more
