Stayed in a refurbised room 27th-28th december. These rooms are very nice and ours looked over the square. My wife felt the room could have been warmer, i was ok. Try and visit when Carols by Candlelight is being held. We had a guided tour of the Abbey - the guide was very informative and very pleasant. He made all the info very interesting.
