We had actually booked to stay at the Holiday Inn but due to technical problems there we were sent to the Dream Castle hotel. As a Platinum member of this hotel chain, I am fairly experienced in the Holiday Inn hotels, and I have only experienced one worse. One of the 2 lifts on our wing was broken, and the hotel informed on Friday night. When we checked out on Monday morning, it was still not fixed. It must be training for the waits... more
