Our room was fantastic, the reception staff were faultless and everything about this hotel on first appearance is excellent. We booked throgh Classic britain which was by far the cheapest out of any hotel booking site (£92 DBB for 2 people per night) we actually stayed for 3 nights in total. The hotel has been extensively modernised throughout the restaurtant, bar area and rooms are of excellent luxury standard. I would say the only down side is that the... more

went to use the bathroom in our room only to find toilet covered in blood . this was reported and was cleaned. returned to room after 1230am no cups for tea and coffee no control for tv and central heating on full no way to turn it down as the room was very hot. no info pack in room to... more
