If you want to have that full Fawlty Towers experience of being ignored by the waiting staff at dinner this is the place for you. After 45 minutes I gave up having had only my starter. Stayed here prior to meeting at Schiphol airport. Room was huge and bathroom excellent. Breakfast was great and had almost anythig I could think of available - though coffee was from a self service machine and a bit watery. Overall it was excellent value. We stayed here for one night and we were happy with our choice. I am not sure about the negative reviews especially about the room as ours was superb and elegant. We knew that the free shuttle is only from the airport to hotel, and when we needed to get back to the airport, we took a train (5 min)... more
