stayed in this hotel before, but this weekend was special. the hotel had a burst main water pipe, the stay was not ever going to be perfect, but i have to say i have never seen staff putting themselves out so much to make people comfortable. i must commend redcastle staff for going above and beyond the call of duty,... more
