We were travelling round Europe by car, the Dreilinden was my second choice, but the old Tryp motel in Michendorf is now closed. The place is quite new, and ideally located for the Berliner Ring autobahn - it seems to be on the actual site of Checkpoint Bravo - the former location of the second allied forces checkpoint into Berlin... more

the hotel is fantastic, we just loved the style, the comfortable rooms, the functional furniture and ambience in this hotel. Reception and restaurant staff however seem to be the last resort from the unemployment office. The attitude of the waiter in the dining room bordered on rudeness and arrogance.
