I have traveled to more than 80 countries and have never encountered such rude, incompetent and generally hateful desk staff. Other reviewers are absolutely correct: despite what was advertised, this hotel provides no free transportation to the airport. The rooms at this hotel are dreary, and the restaurant is deplorable.
