I book a two room apartment over the internet and on arrival was dismayed to find that there was no cooling at all in the main bedroom. The food here is excellent and great value for money, we had the entree tasting platter for two, this was delicious and a lovely way to sample some very different little morsels. I then had the duck cooked two ways, and my husband had some very tender pork. Would highly recommend this restaurant. Great service too. more

We found The Wine Underground through the Melbourne Age newspaper Good Food Guide. We arrived around noon for lunch so the 'underground' basement restaurant was closed, but the street-level bistro was open.
