Located on waterfront, staff was very helpful; dinner was a somewhat unique & very enjoyable experience; Wi-Fi never really worked in my room in spite of staff and vendor insisting it always did; but it did work in lobby though , everything costs extra (internet access is $25 NZ/day for hard line connection, "toll free" calls cost $2,local calls cost... more

We had a very friendly welcome to the start of a long holiday. Kay and Kerry treated us like family right from the start. We kindly allowed to check-in early as, like most international travellers, we arrived in Auckland very early.
