Chateau on the Park was our first stop in NZ and was wonderful. At the first look the hotel seems nice and different but only the latter seem to confirm once you check in. The reception people are not particularly friendly. Wow, what can I say about this property? I can say that, as it was our first stop in New Zealand, it ruined all other hotel stays for us on our trip.
