Appalling service, we were in fact disgusted!! Staying at Port Douglas and having such a wonderful experience there, we decided to take trip a to Palm Cove for the day. Big mistake, they ruined our experience and left us with a bitter taste in ours mouths. The entree was taken away before we had finished. We asked to have it... more

When we arrived at Palm Cove, we had our first dinner at Casmar Cafe Bar since it was highly recommendable. It was indeed the best around Palm Cove. The fish was grilled to perfection and the seafood platter juz simply yummy. The salt and pepper calamari is a must try! more

The apartment block is well located opposite the only swimming enclosure on palm beach, although I personally wouldn't go in the sea (stingers & muddy water) - the pool was clean and quite ok for a swim. The apartment was just ok, but good for the price, 3 star only. Air conditioning was old & barely effective, extremely noisy fridge... more
